Wallace Legacy Foundation George Menyon Cause

And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Romans 10:15

Traveling American roads may not seem like a life risking event and we typically do so daily with little regard for their condition. However, roadways in West Africa are not the same. Traffic laws are not always enforced, roads are not well lit at night, and rain and other natural occurrences can cause hazardous conditions or even wash them away completely. Motorists often have little notice of these conditions. A recent accident on a motorbike in West Africa created undeniable awareness for one WLF partner.

Pastor George Menyon, in Liberia, pastors the Grand View Baptist Church and is administrator of their Bible Institute and orphanage.  Brother Menyon also has 9 national pastors in the surrounding region that he ministers to and oversees 19 prison ministries. These responsibilities create a great need for reliable transportation. A vehicle that allows him to drive safely to various places throughout Liberia and surrounding countries is extremely important.

$25,000 would enable Brother Menyon to purchase a newer used vehicle for meeting the needs of safely traveling to the 9 churches, 19 prisons, and other preaching engagements.

Would you pray about giving to this cause? Would you consider helping this national pastor acquire a reliable used vehicle to further the cause of Christ? Brother Menyon’s safety is of utmost importance and your gifts can help him continue to safely spread the Gospel in Liberia.
